Cancellation Policy
If Something Goes Wrong, We're Here to Help
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got your back.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@niptic.com with your order number and clear photos. We’ll prioritize your request and provide a replacement or resolution swiftly.
Our 30-Day Trial
Because we are so confident that you will be happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day no-question-asked return policy. Customers will receive a full refund, less a $10 restocking and recycling fee. After our shipping department receives your return, it typically takes 2 business days to process your refund. The refund will be issued to the credit card that was used to purchase the product. Once the return is processed, it may take an additional 3 to 4 business days for the refund to be posted to your account. Times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Customers are responsible for shipping the returned product to us. We are not responsible for lost or stolen returns and we recommend returning the product using a method that allows you to track and confirm its delivery. Likewise, we recommend purchasing insurance for the returned product in the event that the package is lost or stolen.
Do We Accept Returns?
We do — but only under the following circumstances:
- The product is not used, in clean, hygienic condition
- All original components (cap, container, packaging) are included
- The item was purchased at full price and is the customer’s first order
- The return is requested within 30 days of delivery
- The return is pre-approved via support@niptic.com before being shipped
- Tracking information is provided within 48 hours of return authorization
Important Exclusions
To preserve the integrity of our product, the following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that are used, damaged by misuse, or returned in poor hygienic condition
- Repeat customer purchases — the trial only applies to your first Niptic order
- Returns sent without prior approval or beyond the 30-day window
- Gift cards, shipping fees, or additional services like order protection or priority

Exchanges
Prefer to try another unit or restock? We gladly offer exchanges under the same eligibility rules. If the exchanged item is more expensive, you’ll pay the difference. If it’s less, we’ll refund the balance (minus fees).
Internationals Returns
Because Niptic products are shipped from our international fulfillment centers, returns may not be required in all cases.
For eligible return requests, our support team will provide the appropriate return instructions.
Please note that international return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
In most cases, we may offer a partial refund or replacement instead of a physical return, to simplify and speed up the process for our customers.
Refund Processing
If your return is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and verifying your return
- You’ll be refunded to your original payment method, or offered store credit if your card is unavailable
- Some banks may take additional time to post the refund
Please note that refunds can only be requested after the client has received their order. Any refund request made prior to the order's arrival will not be processed.
